Over the past 6 years, I've conducted a variety of tutoring sessions, each designed to foster both enjoyment and academic excellence. My primary focus is to create a fun learning environment where children can thrive and reach new heights in their education.
Maths Lesson - Year 1
This student was exploring the concepts of one more and one less.
The objective of the game was to toss a beanbag onto a number. After that, the student rolled a dice, which determined whether they needed to find one more or one less than the number the beanbag landed on.
Once the instruction was revealed, the student confidently identified either one more or one less than the chosen number.
Maths Lesson - Year 4
This student was honing their addition and multiplication skills through a fun game of Jenga.
Phonics Lesson - Year 1 Phonics Lesson - Year 1
This student was exploring the new digraph 'ee' by using magnetic letters to form words containing the 'ee' sound. They selected the words "week," "seen," and "beef."
A student experimented with various methods to illustrate the 'igh' sound, using sugar to make it visually engaging.
